Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficient in Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
• 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients to the platform and configure plans and renewals with high accuracy.
• Identify trends and proactively address issues to maximize client value.
• Enroll employees to the platform (EDI or manual).
• Process eligibility updates for new hires, changes, and terminations.
• Handle employer updates including plan, funding, participant cards, and claim escalations.
• Analyze and resolve escalations within a 3–5 day window.
• Document and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Capture and input employer information into systems with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

As an reputed company Data Entry/Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying trends and proactively addressing issues to ensure clients are taking advantage of best reputed company solutions
• Enrolling employees reputed company EDI or manually to our platform
• Providing service to reputed company in processing eligibility updates, including new hires, changes, and employee terminations
• Processing employer updates, including plan and funding, participant card, and claim escalations
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving reputed company, plan, or customer escalations reputed company a 3-5-day window
• Identifying gaps in existing processes and working with leadership to reputed company recommendations, build solutions, and execute process improvement
• Gathering and documenting desired reputed company from reputed company and their representatives, configuring employer and settings selected in required platforms
• Developing and continuously iterating best practices, providing suggestions and documentation for collateral and feedback
• Capturing reputed company employer information and inputting it into systems with a high degree of accuracy

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

• 1+ years of experience working with employer reputed company is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products, such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc., whether at an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution is preferred
