As a key member of the Portfolio Analytics team, you will support the analysis and interpretation of investment portfolio performance and risk across multiple asset classes and regions. You will be responsible for data acquisition, validation, and consolidation to ensure accuracy and integrity in performance measurement and attribution. Collaborating closely with portfolio managers, risk teams, and other stakeholders, you will provide timely and insightful reports that inform investment decisions and business strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with portfolio analytics tools (such as FactSet), attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong background in portfolio analytics with a focus on performance evaluation and risk assessment across diverse asset classes. Proficient in utilizing FactSet to analyze portfolio performance, including return attribution, risk metrics, and benchmark comparisons, delivering actionable insights to Investment teams. Experienced in extracting, validating, and managing portfolio data from FactSet to produce accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders and clients, while effectively addressing data and reporting issues. Adept at using FactSet’s risk analytics tools to monitor portfolio risk exposures, conduct stress testing, and perform scenario analysis, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines. Collaborates closely with portfolio managers, traders, and compliance teams to interpret analytics, support investment decisions, and resolve data or reporting challenges.
1–3 years of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, or Management industries. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of performance measurement & Attribution inline with regulatory and industry standards. Prepare, interpret, and investigate discrepancies in attribution and contribution reports used for performance analysis. Assist in constructing and maintaining composites in accordance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) for assigned portfolios and strategies. Ensure performance data is presented accurately and comprehensively across senior management reports, third-party databases, sales materials, and regulatory filings. Proficient in reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with working knowledge of R, Python, and SQL.

Critical Thinking - ability to look at data and trends and come to new conclusions based on findings. Attention to detail – ensure vigilance in the analysis and arrive at right conclusions. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure and attention to detail and accuracy a necessity. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel; Intermediate VB knowledge preferred. Academic requirements MBA Finance/Accounting, or a related field. CFA Level 1 cleared candidate preferred.
