Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review, rate, and evaluate various types of social media content, including images, posts, videos, and ads.
• Provide feedback on content accuracy, relevance, and quality according to project guidelines.
• Identify trends, emerging topics, and inappropriate or misleading content.
• Ensure data accuracy by following evaluation protocols and maintaining confidentiality.
• Report technical issues or inconsistencies to the project coordinator.
• Collaborate remotely with a global team to improve the overall user experience on major social platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret digital content objectively.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer literacy and internet research skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.

Experience

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in social media moderation, content reviewing, or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home schedule.
