The ideal candidate has 10+ years in customer delivery leadership, a data-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder communication. Experience with IT systems, MDM, and identity management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of managers, team leads and specialists, fostering accountability and delivery excellence.
• Own the delivery and go-live of IT implementations for clients.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and other functions to continuously improve delivery processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Post-Sales to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation to account management.
• Build, maintain and execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
