This role is a Remote Raw Material Planner. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the timely and efficient supply of raw materials to meet production demands. As part of a dynamic supply chain management team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze supply forecasts, and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions. This position enables you to leverage digital planning tools to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Accountabilities

• Develop and manage raw material plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with Procurement to share forecasts with suppliers and communicate monthly variances.
• Support new product introductions and tenders by ensuring raw material readiness.
• Identify and assess supplier constraints and risks to inform monthly Supply Reviews.
• Partner with MRP planners and delivery leads to resolve short-term disruptions.
• Maintain accurate planning data in accordance with global governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management within relevant industries.
• Proven experience with advanced digital planning tools, preferably Kinaxis Maestro.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
