Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams across the globe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the development and enhancement of cutting-edge products, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and teams. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, coordinating workflows, and overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of working in a fully remote environment and managing teams from various cultural and geographical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product goals and deliverables.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

• Work closely with global stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, using both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the product lifecycle, making adjustments to timelines and resources as needed.

• Coordinate and facilitate virtual team meetings, ensuring clear communication across time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3+ years of experience in managing remote product teams.

• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience
