Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within state of residence.
• Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license.
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care.
• Experience with providing care for all ages, newborn to adult populations.
• Active multi-state licensure preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within state of residence, in accordance with state requirements
• Board certified – Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active RN compact license
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care (preferred) or urgent care
• Experience/Comfortability with providing care for all ages, newborn to adult populations
• Active multi‑state licensure preferred
