As an IT Support Technician, you will provide remote troubleshooting assistance, resolve technical issues, and support our internal teams and external clients in navigating IT systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues efficiently and professionally.

• Record, track, and manage support tickets through the companys helpdesk system.

• Guide users through basic setup and installation procedures.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or relevant departments.

• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.

• Perform regular system updates, patches, and minor administrative tasks.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and resolution updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

• Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

• Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to follow technical instructions and workflows.

Experience
