Role Overview

In this role you will work on projects to help fine‑tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate can read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct online research, validate claims, and work with the LLM to solve puzzles. This position puts you in a unique place to future‑proof your career in an AI‑first world.

Day‑to‑Day

Answer a variety of interesting analytical questions and create scenarios that can train the LLM models to improve.
Example: Based on a given distribution of sales by month across locations, analyze which location has grown the most, considering time periods and variability.
Example: In a small town with four neighborhoods—Oak, Pine, Maple, and Elm—determine delivery schedule for a postman with given rules.

Requirements

English proficiency: Ability to read and write in English with a high degree of comprehension skills.

Creative thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree but with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience writing professionally (business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, etc.).
Understanding of Excel and Google Suite.
Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning and basic arithmetic.
