You will work with business teams, engineers, and customers to translate needs into practical AI systems, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI agents to deliver measurable impact with scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with modern stacks including Java/TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience building API-driven cloud applications and scalable systems.
• Hands-on AI/ML exposure: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, agents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and APIs.
• Build production-ready apps, workflows, agents, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI with enterprise platforms and databases.

Overview

We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with business teams, customers, and engineering groups to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, product thinking, and customer problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly technical, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and able to translate business problems into practical AI systems that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and customers to understand operational challenges and identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions using large language models, machine learning models, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Build production-ready applications, workflows, agents, copilots, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI systems with existing enterprise platforms, databases, internal tools, and third-party services.
• Work closely with data, product, security, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant.
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and operational needs.
• Evaluate model performance, monitor outputs, and improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and enablement materials for internal teams and users.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience building applications using APIs, cloud services, databases, and modern software development practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, especially large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and customer-facing environments.
