Education and Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Industry-standard credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL, or DevOps certifications.

Core Technical Skills

• SDLC & DevOps: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Tools: Proficiency with deployment and tracking tools like Jira, Jenkins, Git, and release automation platforms.
• Governance: Knowledge of change management standards, risk mitigation, and release readiness criteria
• Telecom Domain: Mandatory candidate should have Telecom domain experience.

Experience and Soft Skills

• Experience: 4- 6+ years in release management, IT project management, or software deployment coordination.
• Communication: Exceptional cross-team coordination to bridge technical engineering and non-technical business stakeholders.
