AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a Relationship Officer Wheels to act as the primary interface with customers and vehicle sourcing channels. The role involves achieving monthly targets, sourcing leads, collecting documentation, and coordinating with credit for approvals.

You will ensure vehicle delivery through authorised dealers, manage dealer relationships, verify assets, and handle post-disbursement documentation while maintaining high integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targets and productivity on a monthly basis.
• Generate and close potential business leads from sourcing channels.
• Assess customer profile, collect documents, and refer to credit for approval.
• Ensure delivery of vehicle from dealer/channel partner and prevent mispricing.
• Follow up deferrals and post-disbursement documents in a timely manner.
• Source only from authorised dealers and empanelled channels.
• Manage dealers, associates, referrals to generate volumes.
• Asset verification and handling of non-starter/early default cases.
• Provide timely servicing of customer service requests.

Position description:

Primary interface of the bank with the customer as well as the channels for business sourcing

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets and productivity requirements - meet the threshold targets on monthly basis
• Generate potential business leads from sourcing channels, follow up and bring it to closure
• Assess customer profile, visit customer's place, collect necessary documentation and recommend customers to credit for approval
• Ensure physical delivery of vehicle from the dealer/channel partner - stay vigilant about asset jumping/over pricing etc.
• Follow up and collect deferrals and post disbursement documents in a timely manner.
• Ensure only Direct sourcing from authorised dealers and empanelled channels - no third party sourcing, includes employees of other banks and financial institutions.
• Manage relationship with dealers, Commercial Associates, referrals and other sourcing channels to generate business volumes through these channels.
• Ensure Asset verification and Non starter-Early default cases and build relationships
• Ensure timely servicing of customer service requests

Additional Responsibilities

• No false commitments in the market place/ Misselling strictly not allowed
• No cash transactions without official reciepts
• share all relevant information with seniors promptly.
• To understand the core of the bank's business philosophy and methodology
• Explain terms and conditions to the customer with full transparency and clarity
• Provide timely feedback on customers to the channels

• Role: Sales Executive, Sales Officer, Customer Service Executive/Officer, Relationship Executive/Officer
• Years of experience: 0 to 3
