Responsibilities

• Source working capital loan facilities for Agri-related and MSME industries.
• Ensure quality and size of business through lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain a monthly disbursement pipeline with ticket sizes ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore.
• Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month and meet at least 2 new leads daily.
• Build and manage relationships with CAs, financial consultants, DMAs, and Kotak Bank branches.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, trade finance, CMS, treasury, legal, operations) for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer requirements and complaints.
• Maintain strong follow-up and documentation standards.
• Adhere to the mantra of "Speed, Scale, and Skill" in all business activities.
