Job summary

SBI Mutual Fund (SBIMF) invites applications for a distribution and marketing role to expand the AMC's footprint across channels, including NDs, IFAs, and private banks. You will help execute the sales plan, drive market share growth in retail, and coordinate client reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing and distribution plans targeting RMS channels for SBIMF.
• Increase market share of AMC in the Retail channel.
• Plan distribution of SBIMF products through IFA, private banks and NDs.
• Oversee regular client reporting and sales execution tangible results.
• Implement short/long term sales plans at the branch level.
• Follow up on potential leads across products for conversions.
• Lead growth strategies across geographies and build a strong sales team.

Role & responsibilities

• Formulation of the marketing and the distribution plan to tap business from the respective channels (i.e., National Distributors, Private Banking Channel, Individual Financial Advisors) for the AMC based on overall strategy
• Significantly Increase the market share of AMC in the Retail channel.
• Planning distribution of the full range of investment products and capabilities developed by SBIFM to IFA, Private Banks, ND
• Oversee and contribute to preparation of regular client reporting
• Contribute of implementation of the Short / long term sales plan for the branch
• Regular follow-up with all potential leads across products for effective conversion
• Develop, implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives in the geographies
• Help in communicating a strong and vibrant brand
• Build, maintain an effective sales team
• MFD Certification, Conduct trainings
• Investor Awareness Programs
• Overall contribution/profitability of the AMC
• Comply with and promote adherence to the organizations Information Security Policy and related procedures, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements
