• Drive acquisition of Small Ticket Working Capital customers from the CV & CE retail base.
• Identify working capital requirements of transporters, fleet operators, contractors, and CE owners.
• Build and grow a high-quality pipeline through sourcing and cross-sell initiatives.
• Manage the complete customer lifecycle including sourcing, credit assessment, onboarding, documentation, and disbursement.
• Strengthen dealer and ecosystem relationships to enhance customer penetration.
• Ensure achievement of business, profitability, portfolio quality, and cross-sell targets.
• Coordinate effectively with Credit, Operations, Collections, and Retail CVCE teams for seamless execution.

Role Purpose: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented M2/M3 grade Relationship Managers to drive Small Ticket Working Capital business for customers in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) industry. The role will focus on leveraging the existing CVCE Retail customer database for integrated sourcing, relationship expansion, and portfolio growth.
