About the Role:

We are hiring high-performing professionals at the CLG 3 level for our Working Capital & Term Loan business vertical, with open positions in Delhi and Pune. This role is strongly focused on fresh client acquisition with an average ticket size of 2040 Cr, targeting mid-to-large corporate clients.

Candidates with a proven ability in new business development, credit assessment, and structured deal-making will thrive in this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility for sourcing and acquiring new clients in the Working Capital & Term Loan segment.
  • Focus on deals in the 2040 Cr range across multiple sectors.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment for each proposal.
  • Structure tailored financial solutions in line with client needs and internal policies.
  • Lead deal negotiations, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders (Credit, Legal, Risk, Ops).
  • Stay updated with market trends, sectoral insights, and regulatory frameworks affecting lending.
  • Ensure portfolio hygiene, timely closures, and superior client servicing standards.
Candidate Profile:
  • 6–9 years of experience in Corporate Lending, Working Capital Finance, Term Loans, or Structured Finance.
  • Hands‑on experience in client origination, credit underwriting, and deal execution.
