Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property business through open market, DSA, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners
- Handle end-to-end loan processing including documentation, login, and disbursement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking norms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case closure
- Provide excellent customer service and post-disbursement support
