The role requires strong relationship-building skills, depth in investment products, and the ability to work across departments to ensure a superior client experience, while meeting targets and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or relationship management in banking or financial services.
• Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or IRDAI are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients through regular communication and meetings.
• Understand clients' financial goals and risk appetite and provide customized investment solutions.
• Cross-sell wealth management products and services including mutual funds and insurance.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in investment products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
