Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, or IRDAI are an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients through regular communication and meetings
• Understand clients' financial goals and risk appetite and provide customized investment solutions
• Cross-sell wealth management products and services including mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products
• Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and increasing business from existing clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in investment products and services
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide a seamless customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
