Job summary

Standard Chartered India seeks a Senior Director of Employee Banking to lead the sales team, driving segment-focused, needs-based selling across the bank's employee banking products. You will coach a high-performing team to achieve targets while coordinating cross-sell of investments, insurance and loans.

You will uphold the bank's ethics and regulatory standards, drive referrals, and support the one-bank agenda with a focus on growth, compliance and customer-focused solutions.
