• Loan Handling: Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (new and used), from onboarding to disbursement.
• Loan Processing: Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing, ensuring smooth documentation, verification, and timely approvals.
• Collections Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to minimize delinquencies.
• Market Development: Explore and develop new market areas, gather market intelligence to support growth and strategy.
• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and create new market opportunities to drive sales and expand the customer base.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
