Position Overview

Position Title: Relationship Manager – Bancassurance IBL
Department: Bancassurance IBL
Level/Band: Executive-209
Role Summary: Provide support in sales of life insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations.

Key Result Areas
  • Achieve pre‑set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, and active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches.
  • Work jointly with the Branch Manager on business implementation plans.
  • Drive and motivate branch staff along with RAMBO RM and provide support for logging applications sourced.
  • Tapping the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.
  • Build relationship with the RAMBO sales/operations team to meet business and productivity targets.
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
  • Develop, agree and implement short‑term and long‑term plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Work collectively with RAMBO sales/operations team and conduct joint sales calls to achieve business numbers.
  • Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objectives.
Relationship Management
  • Manage the relationship between internal team and channel partner to foster sales and maintain responsiveness.
  • Provide all possible support as a face of the parent company.
  • Execute marketing activities as per partner requirements.
  • Ensure timely issuance of policies and resolve pending issues.
  • Adhere to customer touch‑point engagement to service portfolio of customers.
  • Maintain desired persistency ratio and prompt post‑sales service.
  • Strategize and interact closely with the RM on business plan execution.
Ensure Compliance
  • Ensure compliance to internal sales process and other compliance standards.
  • Act as a process & product champion to cultivate a compliance culture in the team.
MIS & Reporting
  • Adhere to the Training Road map.
  • Provide timely reports to the Supervisor as required.
  • Adhere to the TALIC code of conduct.
