About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and result-driven Relationship Manager (B2B Sales) to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, distributors, and corporate clients to promote Oswaal Books range of educational products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to engage professionally with high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with schools, distributors, and institutional clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential B2B partners.
  • Present product features and offerings clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or packages.
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, exhibitions, and business events (as required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or institutional relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Experience working with high-end or premium clients will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
