Role & responsibilities
  • Source affordable housing loan prospects through direct channels, connectors, and field visits.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Conduct preliminary credit assessment and collect required documentation.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for file processing.
  • Ensure timely login, follow-up, and disbursement of home loan applications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly targets for sourcing and disbursement.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent post-disbursement support.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Education:B.Com / M.Com (mandatory).
  • Experience:05 years in NBFCs, or Leading Banks (freshers can apply).
  • Basic understanding of finance and lending concepts.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and field sales activities.
