BFSI connect is seeking a field-oriented professional in Gandhinagar for Affordable HL/LAP sourcing with DSA channels. The role involves credit appraisal, income assessment, documentation, and robust relationship management to achieve disbursement and sourcing targets.

The incumbent will handle end-to-end credit responsibilities, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement. 1 year experience and relevant MBA/B.Tech background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source business through DSA network and open market for Affordable HL & LAP.
• Conduct credit appraisal, including income assessment, document verification, and financial analysis.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through prudent underwriting and regular follow-ups.
• Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for login, sanction, and disbursement processes.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and documentation standards.
