Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain robust relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Leverage expertise in motor insurance products to provide detailed information and advice to clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for business expansion.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, report on sales activities, and manage customer data securely.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams to boost motivation and enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
