Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
  • Customer 360-degree lead management on the tech platform, including end-to-end lead handling generated by digital engagement, self-calling on databases, and call center.
  • Nurture all leads with the intention to culminate closures based on the right product match for the defined area or projects according to customer needs.
  • Facilitate customer engagement at required projects to expedite the online booking process.
  • Manage the portfolio of all customers who have engaged with any of the projects for deepening relationships. Ensure monthly relationship continuity to enhance Customer Lifetime Value, generate references, and strengthen the loyalty program.
  • Manage the entire lead funnel via all relevant mediums, such as voice, video, and text.
  • Work closely with all customers to assist with online booking, resolve queries, and support financial management.
  • Negotiate with customers or developers for effective closure.
  • Work closely on assigned projects, area, or beat to enhance online information availability on the platform and carry out online transactions. Collaborate on payment schedules for effective realization.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
  • Presentable with good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Flair for direct selling and face-to-face interactions.
  • Comfortable traveling within the assigned area.

  • Strong negotiation skills for selling.
  • Tech-savvy and interested in adapting to new technologies.

  • Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and an interest in market trends.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not required.
