Job Title: Bancassurance Relationship Manager
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Satara, Nashik, Kolhapur
CTC: 2.5 LPA (Plus attractive incentives)
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the bank branch staff to drive business growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating leads and closing sales for health insurance products.
- Product Promotion: Effectively present and explain health insurance policy features, benefits, and terms to bank customers.
- Lead Management: Work closely with the bank's lead generators, customer database, and walk-in customers to source potential business.
- Training and Support: Provide training and product knowledge to the bank's employees to help them better understand and sell insurance products.
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving any policy-related queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Experience: Fresher with a strong passion for sales and relationship building.
- Skills Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and the respective local language.
- A proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
