We are looking for Relationship Manager from Real Estate Industry

Responsibilities
  • This position will directly manage our customers for exceptional Service, Collections, and recovery functions
  • Will be part of the CRM team who are responsible to give world- class service to existing customers, quick turnaround time(TAT), resolve customer queries/ concerns, recover dues from those customers who have defaulted the payments and are in the overdue/cancellation bucket.
  • Maintaining Collection Handling customer complaints Escalations. Send welcome call and email to the new booked customers
  • Will be responsible to give excellent, track & control the overdue, defaulters & Cancelling customers, Bucket wise & DPD (days past due) wise and focus on Non-registered customers.
  • Should be able to manage escalations.
  • Sent statement of accounts (SOA) to customers as an when required.
  • Will be involved coordinating and liaising with the legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specific cases.
  • Must build relationship with HNI clients ensure service experience, timely collections are made. Work closely with management to design the strategy to give world class service to luxury segment customers and ensure collections.
  • Will be responsible for loyalty customers sales, customer retention and registration of agreements.
