The opportunity

The Regulatory Coordinator will support the Director, Regulatory Affairs and other Senior Directors in International Markets to organize and perform required tasks for regulatory affairs in order to maintain compliance with current regulations and in-house standards. The role will also involve administrative tasks to support the Regulatory Affairs team in India and the International Markets Organization.

How you’ll spend your day
  • To work closely with the Line Manager to ensure completion of tasks within agreed timelines
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and monitor team inboxes where required; assist in data collection and PowerPoint presentations as per the requirements
  • Coordinate and manage team meetings, global visits and townhalls and off-sites
  • Data entry support to regulatory teams for compliance and support to Regulatory Submissions as needed.
  • Manage vendors and PO generation and processing including invoice processing as requested for GRA India and International Markets (including archival and reconciliation)
  • Global collaboration between different sites to enable operational execution and efficiency
Your experience and qualifications
  • M. Pharm with 2-3 years experience
  • Basic understanding of processes and departments within a pharmaceutical company
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time deadlines and in a global organization
  • Effective time and organization management
  • Being able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
