Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd in Mumbai invites an experienced Training Specialist to identify and address field training needs across states. You will design, develop and deploy training modules and evaluate effectiveness against predefined metrics.

Role involves 1–2 days of face-to-face classroom training, planning on-the-job coaching, and coordinating with NSM/SM/DH/Mrktg. A pharma science graduate with 8–10 years of industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in pharma industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Training.
• Experience in designing and delivering training modules.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs of field colleagues across states/zone.
• Design, develop and deploy the training module as per identified needs.
• Conduct 1-2 days of face-to-face classroom training.
• Evaluate post-training effectiveness with predefined metrics.
• Provide on-the-job coaching with managers and field staff.

Job Description

Identify the Training Needs of field colleagues of your states/zone by coordinating with NSM/SM/DH/Mrktg. Design, Develop & Deploy the training module as per identified needs.1-2 days of Face to Face Classroom training based on TNI for identified FMRs. Plan On the Job Training before 15 days of the month in coordination with SM/NSM with identified FMRs/ASMs. Evaluate post training effectiveness by working with the participants and pre-decided metrics. On the Job Coaching by observing how the FMR is implementing the learnings inside the Dr chamber and will also guide / train him to do better .the field working wherever required; on the 2ndday of working, training manager will work with both FMR and ASM and share the feedback with ASM from field working for ASM to work on FMR further Breakup of working days : 2 days class room training + 2-3 days admin working preparing modules + 16-17 Days field working

Qualifications

Any Science / Pharma Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Industry & relevant 2-3 years of experience in Sales Training.
