Job summary

A leading training company in India is seeking a Regional Training Manager to enhance sales capability and product knowledge in the Bancassurance channel. The ideal candidate will have at least 23 years of experience in training, preferably within Life Insurance/Bancassurance, and will design and deliver training programs while ensuring compliance. This role requires significant travel across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales and product training for Bancassurance channel staff.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance effectiveness.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and certification requirements are met.
  • Support new hires with induction programs.
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Regular travel across MP & CG to cover allocated branches.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Training Manager to drive sales capability and product knowledge for our Bancassurance channel. The role requires end-to-end ownership of training delivery across assigned regions (MP & CG), ensuring business teams are equipped with the right skills, product understanding, and compliance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales and product training for Bancassurance channel staff across branches of Bank of Maharashtra.
  • Design and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job) to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement feedback-driven improvements.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and certification requirements are met.
  • Support new hires with induction programs and continuous capability building.
  • Partner with business and branch leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Regular travel across MP & CG to cover allocated branches.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 23 years in training (Life Insurance/Bancassurance preferred).

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred in BFSI/related fields).
