Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager – Enterprise (South India) is responsible for building and scaling the enterprise business across South India for CloudSEK. This role owns regional enterprise revenue, strategic account penetration, and field execution while acting as a player-coach in the early phase. The role requires deep experience selling cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises, engaging CISO/CIO/CIO-1 stakeholders, navigating complex procurement and compliance cycles, and building a predictable pipeline in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver enterprise revenue targets (New Business) for South India.
  • Build and maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage through disciplined opportunity management.
  • Lead large, complex deal cycles (₹1–10 Cr+ TCV) with multiple stakeholders. Sales Execution & Deal Leadership
  • Personally engage in high-value enterprise opportunities as a closer and deal strategist.
  • Conduct executive-level conversations with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk, and Compliance leaders.
  • Position CloudSEK value propositions around risk reduction, compliance, resilience, and ROI.
  • Own forecasting accuracy and Salesforce hygiene in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Exposure in selling to GCCs (Mandatory)
Regional & Account Strategy
  • Define South India enterprise territory strategy including top 50–100 target accounts, focusing on GCCs
  • Develop account plans for strategic logos across GCC, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Large Enterprises.
  • Identify lighthouse customers and referenceable wins for regional expansion. Channel & Ecosystem
  • Build and manage relationships with regional SI partners, MSSPs, and cybersecurity-focused resellers.
  • Drive co-selling motions and partner-led pipeline for enterprise deals.
  • Ensure clear deal registration, partner governance, and execution discipline. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering on POCs, pilots, and technical validations.
  • Partner with Marketing on enterprise events, CISO roundtables, and ABM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding, renewals, and expansions.
  • Provide continuous feedback to Product on enterprise security requirements and competitive gaps.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise security software.
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals in India (₹1 Cr+ ARR equivalent).
  • Experience selling to CISO, CIO, CTO, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security buying processes, RFPs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with SI / MSSP partner ecosystems.
