Qualifications

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, building a pipeline, and scheduling product demonstrations with potential customers.
  • Conduct and support the team in organizing product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Guide the team in following the structured sales process, negotiate with decision-makers, and ensure timely closure of deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting for the region and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities; consolidate and submit daily/weekly reports.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet KPIs; track performance through activity metrics (demos, visits, closures) and implement corrective measures when needed.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand credibility and adoption.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, pricing, and product launches; identify opportunities and threats to align sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to increase market share, support new product launches, and expand business opportunities in collaboration with the marketing team.

Regional Sales Manager’s responsibility is to manage the assigned territory promoting the company’s product portfolio to HCPs, Clinics, Corporate hospitals, Multi-Specialty Hospitals, Govt. Institutions. This will be a combination of individual and team management role, requiring an ability to work independently, manage team, with excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making and relationship building skills.
