Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) East & North is responsible for driving sales and business development across both regions, with a special focus on the Eastern market, particularly Odisha. The role aims to achieve aggressive revenue targets, expand Yooil Envirotech’s presence, and strengthen customer relationships in the water management and environmental solutions domain across government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national business objectives, with stronger focus on Odisha and the East region.
  • Drive business growth across sectors such as water resource management, irrigation, urban infrastructure, industrial, and mining.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through government departments, EPC contractors, and consultants in both East and North regions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, proposal development, bid submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Work closely with technical and project teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions.
  • Monitor regional market trends, government policies, and competitor movements, particularly in the Odisha water resource and irrigation ecosystem.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, government officials, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead, guide, and support local sales representatives to meet targets and ensure consistent growth across both regions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Environmental / related discipline).
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (preferred).
  • 12–18 years of experience in infrastructure, water management, or environmental solutions sectors.
  • Mandatory: Proven track record of achieving 50 Crore annual sales for the last two consecutive years.
  • Experience handling regional/state-level business development, especially with government departments in East & North India.
  • Strong advantage: Candidates with deep exposure to Odisha’s WRD/DoWR, irrigation, or related departments.
  • Preference for Odiya-speaking candidates to ensure strong local engagement.
