Job description
About the role:

This role includes leading the HR Function at the regional level to partner with and advises the business. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for working closely with the business to support the achievement of growth objectives and future talent needs. The HRBP has overall accountability for the assigned Stakeholders, working closely with the business and HR leadership to implement the HR strategy.

Expectations / Requirements:
  • Validate and maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee master data throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Verification and processing of attendance records.
  • Calculation and validation of incentives.
  • Accurate tracking and management of employee leave
  • Ensure strict policy adherence and maintain legal compliance within the region.
  • Support internal and external audits and investigations by providing required data and documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances and manage first-level escalations efficiently, ensuring resolution within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Act as the primary HR SPOC for all regional leaders and field teams, providing immediate and expert HR support and guidance.
  • Support engagement initiatives and organize/facilitate regional Townhalls and other communication forums.
  • Manage regional HR trackers and dashboards focused on key metrics such as:
    • Monitoring and controlling attrition rates.
    • Tracking and analysis of attendance trends.
    • Logging and managing escalations and resolutions.
Superpowers / Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a core HRBP role.
  • Must have handled Performance Management.
  • Should be able to review developmental plans & their execution for all employees.
  • Must be able to execute and implement new strategies. Stakeholder Management.
  • Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in digital tools / HRIS Management.
