Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Regional Head Indian & MNC Broking for the Delhi/NCR region. The role targets a General Insurance professional with 8–15+ years' experience in Commercial Lines, Broker Management, and corporate insurance, to lead broker relationships and drive regional growth.

You will collaborate with underwriting, claims and service teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions for Indian and multinational brokers, intermediaries and corporate clients,

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in General Insurance / Commercial Lines / Broker Management / Corporate Insurance.
• Strong experience managing Indian and MNC broking relationships.
• Good understanding of Commercial Lines and corporate insurance products.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Are you an experienced General Insurance professional with strong expertise in Commercial Lines and established relationships with Indian and MNC insurance brokers? We are looking for a senior professional to lead broker relationships, drive regional business growth and strengthen the Commercial Lines portfolio.
