Job summary

JPMorganChase in Bengaluru seeks a Reference Data Specialist to support controlled client documentation management within the Corporate & Investment Bank. You will resolve exceptions, train on processes, and work with stakeholders to service clients while contributing to automation and testing efforts.

You will implement templates in documentation and e-signature platforms, participate in UAT/production validation, and support remediation activities with a strong control mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with strong ownership, responsibility, and excellent client focus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy, plus strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive results through communication, influence, and interactions.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and flexibility to adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned documentation management tasks in a timely manner with consistently high-quality output.
  • Resolve exceptions and client/stakeholder inquiries quickly, maintaining clear ownership through to closure.
  • Implement templates in documentation systems and e-signature platforms to support operational use and standardization.
  • Test changes in UAT and production and support daily regulatory reporting and remediation activities as required.
  • Lead process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, controls, and client outcomes.
  • Communicate proactively and precisely (oral and written) with management and stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
  • Maintain a strong control mindset by identifying process risks early, working independently, and adapting to business requirements as a team player.

Support the Corporate & Investment Bank by delivering timely, controlled client documentation management and responsive stakeholder service.


As a Reference Data Specialist within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you provide operational support to ensure client documentation management is completed timely, accurately, and with strong controls. You resolve exceptions and client/stakeholder inquiries quickly, participate in training to build product/process expertise, and work with minimal dependency while partnering with stakeholders to service clients. You also support process improvement and automation, including implementing templates in documentation and e-signature platforms and executing UAT/production testing and remediation activities.

  • Experience with documentation systems and e-signature platforms, including template implementation and governance

  • Experience participating in UAT/production validation and supporting remediation activities

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and automation in an operations environment
