RSRU Analyst - C11

In this role, you will be a part the Regulatory Reporting Recommending Unit (RSRU) team and the core responsibilities are: Reviewing Obligor information available in the public domain and recommending the appropriate Basel Counterparty type based on the regulatory interpretive guidance. Counterparty type information is a key attribute consumed in RWA calculations. Liaising and providing the required facts and evidence to the second line of defense function at Citi in order for them to review and challenge RSRU’s recommendation on the counterparty type. Supporting with Audit requests pertaining to Regulatory Segment recommendation. Involved in the many diverse activities that the team engages in, to support the overall RSRU’s Book of Work.

• Familiarity and academic knowledge of banking business model including, products, counterparties, risk profile, earning drivers, and macro-economic implications
• Experience with and knowledge of control environment associated with RWA calculations
• Demonstrated history of facilitating and driving initiatives to grow or change the bank in a program or project management capacity
• Strong understanding of bank risk and control frameworks
