Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling legal matters and contracts related to power transmission, corporate law, and regulatory affairs.
• Providing advice on compliance and risk management.
• Handling litigation and arbitration.
• Drafting agreements and legal documents.
• Supporting internal business teams on legal queries and policy development.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
• Other: Only Indian nationals eligible; PwBD categories identified as suitable (refer official notification).

Salary / Perks

• Stipend (Training): Basic pay ₹40,000/month + IDA, HRA, Perks @ 12% of basic pay. CTC during training ~₹11 lakh per annum.
