Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening
    • Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
  • Interview Coordination
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ensure smooth communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
  • Recruitment Process Management
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Employer Branding
    • Support HR initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
    • Represent the organisation at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour laws and company policies.
    • Prepare offer letters, maintain candidate records, and assist in onboarding formalities.
Qualifications & Skills
