Role Overview
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
- Recruitment Process Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Employer Branding
- Support HR initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the organisation at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare offer letters, maintain candidate records, and assist in onboarding formalities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
