  • Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing design documents
  • Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
  • Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle.
  • Identifying , suggesting small changes in system to improve monitoring or improvement needs..
  • Should have Strong analytical and logical abilities.
  • Handling Volume/lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines.
  • Source potential candidates on various positions in NON-IT industry.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions.
  • Should have target chasing attitude.
