Job description
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
2. Candidate Sourcing
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
3. Candidate Screening and Selection
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
4. Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
5. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
