Position Overview
The Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions across the organization.
The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional who can identify, attract, and engage top talent to meet the company’s business objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of hiring practices within the real estate and construction domain, and be adept at using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
- Utilize various sourcing channels Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, and internal referrals to attract suitable candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening and shortlisting to assess candidate suitability (skills, experience, and culture fit).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support in offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Contribute to employer branding activities by enhancing visibility on professional platforms like LinkedIn.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Head.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 23 years of hands‑on experience in recruitment within real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
