Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a skilled R2R professional in Bengaluru with 2–4 years of experience. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, period-end close and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

You will work with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Blackline and ServiceNow, contributing to timely month-end activities and financial integrity across the ledger.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Record to Report.
• Good exposure to Journal entries, Bank Reconciliations and Fixed Assets.
• Ability to handle month end activities independently.
• Understanding of accounting controls.
• ERP exposure across SAP S/4HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support period-end close and fixed assets processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with accounting controls and policies.
• Coordinate with ERP platforms for financial data integrity.
