Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Record to Report Ops Associate to join our Finance Operations team. The role focuses on collecting operational data, performing analysis and reconciling transactions to determine financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a BCom with 1–3 years of experience in R2R, and will contribute to budgeting, forecasting and overall financial reporting within a dynamic global services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance operations or R2R.
• Proficiency in Record To Report (R2R) processes.

Responsibilities

• Align with Finance Operations to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports.
• Perform financial planning, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support F&A management processes delivering timely and accurate information for performance review.
• Explain how accounts are prepared and reported in general ledger.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting
• A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing.
• It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller. What are we looking for?

• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
