Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Reconciliations Analyst II in Pune to support daily reconciliations, validate transactions, and prepare basic reports. You will work under close supervision, assist in investigations of discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline and at least 2 years of accounting experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential to succeed.

The Reconciliations Analyst II is responsible for supporting reconciliation and reporting processes through accurate data validation and transaction analysis. Working under close supervision, the Associate assists in investigating financial discrepancies, preparing basic reports, and maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing daily reconciliations and validating transactional accuracy.
• Support investigation of basic accounting variances and discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs related to financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve exceptions or errors.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for assigned processes.
