Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests; offer assistance and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when required.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, ensuring it is stocked with essential materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
  • Schedule appointments and meetings; manage staff and conference room calendars.
  • Arrange travel, lodging, and accommodation for visitors or staff as needed; prepare vouchers and related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing, and data entry.
  • Assist with security procedures by monitoring access and maintaining safety and emergency protocols.
