Job description
Role & responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and notify relevant staff of guest arrivals.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support HR or Admin teams with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport coordination for staff or guests (if required).
  • Maintain and update contact lists and staff directories.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, vendors, and visitors professionally.
  • Address and resolve inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and guest data.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment operation.
