Job summary

Based in our India office, you will operate tools like Envoy, G Suite, and Genetec, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and support events while upholding Roblox's standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

As an Administrative and Badging Specialist, you are the front-line ambassador for Roblox’s physical campus. You will blend front-desk operations, visitor hospitality, and enterprise access control to deliver a seamless experience for anyone walking through our doors.

You will:

• Deliver Exceptional Front-Desk Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while managing front-desk reception, phone inquiries, and room bookings.

• Manage Enterprise Access Control: Administer employee, contractor, and visitor badging procedures, verifying IDs and ensuring full compliance with Roblox security protocols.

• Operate Workplace Tools: Leverage systems such as Envoy, G Suite, and Genetec to process check-ins, maintain badge inventory, and resolve access permissions promptly.

• Streamline Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate physical security access requests for incoming hires and departing team members, supporting regular audits and compliance reporting.

• Elevate Workplace Operations: Support special events, maintain confidentiality, and ensure a highly organized, professional environment across our spaces.

You Have:

• Relevant Experience: Background in administrative support, corporate reception, workplace experience, or physical security operations.

• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with visitor management platforms (Envoy), enterprise software (G Suite), or physical access systems (Genetec).

• Strong Customer First Mindset: Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.

• High Detail Orientation: Ability to multitask, handle confidential information discreetly, and maintain accurate access records in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus

• Experience working in a fast-paced technology or corporate office setting.
• Hands-on experience administering access control software and badge printers.

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
